  • 1 cup Herbal Tea/Coffee

Lunch

  • 1 portion Warm Chicken Liver Salad
  • 1 small bowl Minestrone Soup

Snack

  • 2 Prunes
  • 1 small cup Carrot Sticks
  • 1 cup low-fat Milk

Dinner

  • 1 portion Barbecued Chicken
  • 1 Bowl tossed Mixed Salad
