  • 2 tablespoons finely cut, dried and roasted dandelion roots (15 grams)
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon butter (organic)

Place the dandelion roots and water in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid, add butter, and blend it for 10 seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
