We are very sorry that we are unable to include you in the PCOD Programme at this time.
The Sepalika PCOD program is currently able to successfully treat women who:
(a) HAVE confirmed PCOD as per international diagnostic criteria AND
(b) DO NOT HAVE the following:
Unfortunately, our current program is not designed to address these above (b) conditions. You may not get satisfactory results by our treatment for your PCOD symptoms unless these problems are addressed. We are designing a more extensive program that will suit your needs soon. In the meanwhile, we suggest you start/continue treatment elsewhere – with a good Ayurvedic, Homeopathic or other alternative medicine practitioner for your condition.
To keep your PCOS risk low and to be healthy and joyful in general, it’s important to eat the right things at the right time, get the maximum out of your workouts, and stay stress-free!
If you’d like more information on how to stay PCOS-free, check out the PCOS Section.
One parting tip: If you’re suffering from any of the symptoms included in our PCOS test, we strongly recommend you consult a naturopath or an ayurvedic practitioner to address the root cause of your symptoms.
